• Activity is the key to success! While we understand that RL lives are busy and full, we would like to ask that you post a minimum of three posts every two weeks.
  
  
• If you're going to be inactive for awhile due to problems, please pm one of the mods or admin.
  
  
• For those applying, please post your applications in the applications board/topic.
  
  
• Please be courteous to other roleplayers. Be friendly! Hostility is frowned upon.
  
  
• Having OOC conversations during roleplay is A-okay! Just keep in mind to put in brackets of sorts as to not confuse people.
  
  
• Please do not flame/bash any characters, game or member while on this site. If you continue, you will be giving three warnings. After the third, you will temporarily banned. If it continues, you will be permanently banned. We are real people you know!
  
  
• The Welcome board and the OOC board are areas where members can post out of character.
  
  
• Please try your best to use correct grammar on the board while roleplaying. Using l33t speak or text chat does not help improve the experience of the roleplay. Warnings shall be given, go overboard (3 warnings marks the spot!) and you will be temporarily banned. Again, continue to do so and that will lead to you being permanently banned.
  
  
• We allow mature roleplay. Sex, rape and drugs are all allowed within the board. We ask, however, that you put a warning labeled mature in the topic to help those uncomfortable with such situations.
  
  
• Explicit language/Cursing is allowed. Just try not to be too much of a Pirate, arr.
  
  
• When choosing a canon character; please select an open role from the list of characters in The Compendium.
  
  
• You may reserve a character if you'd like to do so. Keep in mind though, that if you do not finish your application within the 3-day duration your application will be removed. you may, however, re-apply for that character if still available. However you will have to wait a week to re-apply.
  
  
• Members are allowed up to three Canon Characters or three original characters. If you'd like to ask for more, please send me a pm and we will discuss it. We don't want you to get your hands too full now, do we?
  
  
• Canon/Original characters must be approved beforehand by either a mod or the admin.
  
  
• Please do NOT post anything in the rp boards if your character hasn't been approved. That will result to your account being banned.
  
  
• There are two forms of roleplay on this site: Formal and Casual.

Formal: Roleplaying in paragraphs. Please post a minimum of two paragraphs per post.

Casual: For those familiar with the MB roleplay. Short responses back and forth for those who just want something quick and easy.

• Godmodding is not allowed. That is, the controlling of another person's character without their permission.
  

Bad example:
Player A: *Attempts to punch Player B*
Player B: *Moves out the way. Player A attacks again but Player B once again doges and punches him in the gut. Player A staggers back and falls.*

Good example:
Player A: *attempts to punch Player B*
Player B: *dodges just in time and tries for a uppercut* or *Gets hit and falls back*

All in all, you are not allowed to control other another person's characters. Give the other player a chance to respond.

• You know we'd love to role play with you all, but standards are always a must. Please at least fill up a minimum of a 250 word count in your sample rp so that we know you can at least make that much. We do not require you to post at a 250 word count all the time, but we just want to make sure that if ever the occasion does arise, you can keep up.
  
  
• Did you read all this? Really? Well, if you did, make sure to type in, "Every thing's great at your Junes!" when asked.
