Appearance: Sōji is a teenager about sixteen years of age with a signature bowl cut. His hair is that of a grey-ish colour, as are his eyes. While exploring the “tv world”, he has black rimmed glasses that allow him to see even with the fog present. He wears the standard Yasogami High uniform, with his jacket zipped open which exposes a white collared shirt underneath. For the most part, Soji appears to be calm and collected, which happens to be the case most of the time.
Over-All Personality: Sōji is a friendly, easy to talk to kind of guy. He knows how to listen, and if asked for advice, knows how to give it. He tries to be as honest as he can, and although he had doubts about Inaba, he can now say that he enjoys living there. Although sometimes discouraged and pessimistic towards him having to move because of his parents, Soji tries to make the best out of a situation.
As mentioned before, he’s a bit on the quiet side, but for some reason that doesn’t stop him from making friends. Sōji enjoys the company of his friends and cousin Nanako, to whom she considers her “Big Bro”. He’s a good role model and tries to set a good example for her. He also does his best to stay on good terms with Dojima, and tries to keep his investigations with the group as much of a secret as he can.
Sōji is not only intelligent, but also diligent. He doesn’t mind reading and you can often find him doing a few odd jobs for extra money, such as translating or folding envelopes. And, although you might not guess it, he enjoys a challenge every now and again. Though he might appear as boring or dull, Sōji is the exact opposite once you get to know him.

Soji Seta yawned as he and his classmates boarded the bus for the two-hour ride back to Yasogami High. Visiting Iwatodai for a second time had been quite interesting, albeit exhausting. Naturally, he picked a seat on the bus next to his best friend, Yosuke Hanamura, while Chie and Yukiko picked a seat to share in front of them. He waited silently for Ms. Kashiwagi to call his name from the class roster so they could finally be on their way. As soon his he heard his name, he raised his hand and the bus started its engine.
Soji could hear Chie and Yukiko chat and gossip about school and Personae among other things while he stared out the window, glancing at the scenery, which still happened to be buildings. They weren’t out of the city just yet. Soji felt a bit of weight on his left shoulder. He turned to his sandy orange-haired friend and smiled. Yosuke had happened to fall asleep, most likely from the grueling walk they had to endure. Okay, so maybe that was exaggerating just a bit, but from fighting shadows and solving crimes, it wasn’t far off.
Soji poked both of the girl’s backs and pointed to the sleeping teenager, to whom they giggled at. Yosuke looked content, sleeping his troubles away. The silver-haired teen was careful not to disturb his friend, so he tried to move as little as possible. It wasn’t uncomfortable at all; in fact…it actually felt quite nice. Yosuke’s head felt warm resting against his shoulder and Soji felt his face heat up. He put a hand to his cheek and quickly shifted his view to out the window again, in fear of interrogation from Yukiko, or worse yet. Chie, as to why he was blushing. Though…he didn’t quite have an explanation for that himself. Impulsively, Soji’s hand moved towards the sleeping teen’s, and his fingers delicately stroked Yosuke’s.
It took a few seconds for Soji to realize what he was doing, and he pulled back his hand, frowning. Now what was that all about? He felt confused. He tried to ignore the feeling, but it just wouldn’t go away. He looked at Yosuke again. Maybe some sleep would help clear his head…though, there was something he had to do first. Soji whipped his cell phone out of his pocket and pointed it towards Yosuke. He quickly took a snapshot of his sleeping friend and smiled again. He put his cell phone away, patted his pocket, and drifted off to sleep.
