The young boy squinted behind the old, stuffy sofa. Together with him was a digital camera that he had managed to borrow from a female classmate of his just today. It was a late friday night. 11 pm. Pretty much closing into midnight. However, it was a weekend. Meaning, Ken Amada didn't have to worry about waking up early tomorrow. Furthermore, this meant that he was free to sleep late. He took deep breaths, though made sure that he wouldn't be heard when he did so. He didn't want the other guy to hear him, notice him. But that in itself was not an easy task.
After all, who knew that the supposedly anti-social Shinjiro Aragaki had a soft spot for dogs?
The young brunette continued to watch.
Who also knew that he harbored a love for cooking?
It seemed totally out of character for the older boy to actually have hobbies such as these. Yet, that was, in fact, the case. It was definitely hard for Ken to swallow this. To think, just a few nights ago the man told him that he didn't know how to cook. What a lie.
Of course, you all may wonder exactly why Ken Amada was doing with a camera in the first place. One could call it BlackMail. Ken preferred to call it 'revenge'. See, it had just been that same few days ago, when Shinjiro had told Ken that he didn't know how to cook, that Shinjiro almost spotted Ken watch his secret favorite show: Featherman R. Sure, it was by accident, but Ken being the typical Ken that he is isn't about to settle for something like this. He needed concrete evidence... Wrong word, more like, Ken needed something to make sure his senpai wouldn't give a hint of anything. So here you have the young S.E.E.S member on his own solo mission.
It had been quite a far fetched thing. Spying on Shinjiro if he had any secrets. Luckily for Ken, he did. It had even been an accident how he had spotted the man.
He had gone down for a drink. What a miracle that Shinji was down... cooking. And feeding the dog. So the day after that, Ken had asked a friend if he could borrow her camera... which she agreed to. Leading the young boy to where he was now.
"Action." his voice was low, but filled with anticipation. His fingers tapped on a button, making the camera record whatever it was the older boy was doing.
This was definitely going to be a fulfilling night.
